Please do not trespass
on Wedderburn,
but ASK the local and state governments to save the land from the bulldozers, and to open the land to the public as a foot-path park adjoining the W&OD. To save Wedderburn means that you can enjoy this unique enclave for years to come.

WEDDERBURN
could be:

• Shaded jogging paths
• Party facilities
• History trails
• Wildlife
• Music and art exhibits

Where in the world is Wedderburn?
The neighborhood known as Midgetville

The village of Wedderburn is privately owned land and should not be trespassed upon.

However, you can view the property freely from the W&OD Trail near the intersection of Cedar Lane (walk West toward Vienna, Virginia) and from the intersection of Luckett and Wedderburn Roads north of Redwood Drive by car. Please stay on the main roads, not the gravel roads, so that you will not impose on the property owner.

From Route 50, turn north on Cedar Lane, continue across Old Lee Highway. When you cross the W&OD Trail, park in the small public lot on the right. Walk west on the trail toward Vienna to view the old Wedderburn neighborhood and train stop on the left.

From Tyson's Corner or Route 7, turn south on Gallows Road. Turn right on Cedar Lane. Just before the W&OD Trail, park in the public lot on the left.

Walk west toward Vienna to view the old Wedderburn neighborhood and train stop on the left.

Additional Parking:

On Cedar Lane, cross over the trail, turn right on Idylwood Road, turn right on Sandburg Street. Gravel lots on both sides of road at trail hold about a dozen cars.

If you wish to view the land from on-site, please send your message to the government and media right away to ask that it be preserved as a park. Without your voice, Wedderburn will be bulldozed to make way for densely-packed houses and storm drains.
